Refund & Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if the product seal or packaging is tampered with or broken.

  • In case of a damaged or defective product, customers must share an unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the package is opened, within 24 hours of delivery for claim verification.

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. No requests will be entertained after this period.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any form will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Due to differences in lighting and screen resolution, actual product colors may slightly vary from the images shown. No refunds will be processed on this basis.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed only to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Zuya reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or return claim based on inspection and supporting evidence.
