Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if the product seal or packaging is tampered with or broken.

In case of a damaged or defective product, customers must share an unedited unboxing video starting from the moment the package is opened, within 24 hours of delivery for claim verification.

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product. No requests will be entertained after this period.

Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any form will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Due to differences in lighting and screen resolution, actual product colors may slightly vary from the images shown. No refunds will be processed on this basis.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed only to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Zuya reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or return claim based on inspection and supporting evidence.
